The Prospera project was a very unique experience, both in terms of team dynamics and client relationships. With only half of our team on site, we held daily check-in meetings to streamline the work and assign tasks. We often included the client to make sure they understand the level of involvement of the team members off site. Overall, I think it actually worked really well to assign duties over skype because it forced us to be concise and time efficient and minimized unnecessary discussions. We were able to complete 2 of our 3 deliverables in less than 10 days, with input from all team members. Koji and Emma did an amazing job managing the client relationship and conducting interviews with the microentrepreneurs, while Pat and I were more focused on finalizing the deliverables.
